Job Description
The Barback is responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, assisting bartenders, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and bar lounge. Secondary responsibilities include anticipating guests' and coworkers' needs and providing excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- One year full service restaurant experience required
- Friendly, energetic, detail-oriented team player
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Responsible Beverage Service certification required
