Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations. Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years current experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
• Passion for hospitality & commitment to guest service
• Honesty, integrity, & professionalism
• Ability to anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Strong coaching skills with a proven ability to motivate & develop team members
• Organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to any situation
