Sales Development Representatives are responsible for the full cycle sale of Manufacturers Appreciation Program and the facilitation of qualified meetings for brand experts.
Requirements
- Average at least 50 dials & 60 minutes of talk-time daily
- Close MAP business and facilitate qualified meetings for brand experts
- Basic resistance and objection handling
- Apply coaching and feedback from leadership to continually improve sales acumen
- Leverage GONG as a self-improvement tool
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practices with peers
- Punctuality: Show up on time and ready to rock
- Use Salesforce to track sales process and strategic follow-up with prospects
- Perform digital portal walk-throughs for new and existing BEPL members
- Clearly articulate the benefits of BEPL
- Always conduct oneself professionally
