Job description
Buzzi Unicem USA is a leading cement manufacturing company seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during maintenance planning and execution. The Maintenance Planner will work closely with the Maintenance Manager, Planner, Superintendents, and Reliability team to schedule Major Maintenance tasks and analyze equipment performance data to improve asset reliability.
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for scheduling Major Maintenance tasks, analyzing equipment performance data, developing an annual maintenance budget, and collaborating with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely ordering and availability of spare parts, services, and materials.
This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, as well as proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling in a manufacturing or industrial environment and be able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
