Job Description
Flight Simulator Technician job at CAE Montreal Training Center, responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on flight simulators and associated devices, with 24-32 hours weekly shifts on various differing shifts.
Requirements
- College diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Aircraft Maintenance, or equivalent
- Related experience in software and electronic modification and manipulation
- Knowledge of Windows and Unix, programming languages such as C, C++, FORTRAN, and scripting languages
- Familiarity with basic electronic theory and principles and electronic testing equipment
- Aeronautical knowledge (asset), including Avionics, Flight Dynamics, Aircraft Systems, and Simulated Systems
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in French and English
