Job Description
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular part-time Donor Services Representative to join our dynamic Donor Centre Ottawa team. In this role, you will be providing excellent customer service by greeting donors, confirming appointments, rebooking donors at events, and serving potential donors. The Donor Centre team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by collecting donor blood in a safe manner to enable safe products which save lives every day.
Requirements
- Completion of high school
- One year of experience in a hospitality or customer service-oriented environment
- Technical skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
