Donor Centre Representative

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Part-time Donor Centre Representative to join our dynamic Collections team in our St. John's, Newfoundland donor centre. In this role, you will be providing excellent customer service by greeting donors, confirming and rebooking appointments, and responding to questions.

Requirements

• Completion of high school
• One year of experience in a hospitality or customer service-oriented environment or previous experience working with volunteers
• Technical skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems and programs
