Job Description
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular part-time Donor Centre Representative to join their dynamic Collections team, Vancouver donor centre and mobiles. The role involves providing excellent customer service by greeting donors, confirming and rebooking appointments, and responding to questions.
Requirements
- Completion of high school
- Ability to type up to 35 w.p.m.
- One year of experience in a hospitality or customer service-oriented environment or previous experience working with volunteers
