Job Description
Colorado PACE has an opening for an Eligibility & Financial Determination Specialist. The role involves reviewing and preparing Medicaid applications, partnering with the Enrollment Team and PACE Interdisciplinary Team to obtain required documentation, and ensuring compliance with Colorado Medicaid rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: Prior experience working with the frail and elderly population in a healthcare setting. 2 years' experience in Medicaid eligibility, financial determination, or benefits coordination.
- Required License: Valid Colorado Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
