Commercial Airline Catering - Cook 1

Support daily food production by preparing high-quality menu items in accordance with standardized recipes, production schedules, and food safety requirements. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, early-morning aviation catering environment.

Requirements

• English proficiency required (ability to read recipes, instructions, and safety documentation)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Prior cooking or food production experience preferred (1 year ideal)
• Ability to work early morning shifts and rotating schedules as needed
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Valid Food Handler Certification (e.g., ServSafe) required or ability to obtain
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Airline catering or high-volume production experience is a plus
