Job Description
The Technology Solutions Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the firmâs SaaS platforms and internal IT systems. This role is responsible for administering, optimizing, and enhancing cloud-based applications and system integrations that support both internal teams and external users.
Requirements
- Administer user access, permissions, and configurations across industry-specific vendors and cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and integrate new systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and outages internally and with third-party support partners
- Validate system changes through testing, ensuring performance, reliability, and adherence to data governance standards
