Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview

Wieland is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support and execute a broad range of human resources functions across the GX business unit. The role serves as a strategic and hands-on business partner to employees, supervisors, and leadership by providing guidance and support in employee relations, labor relations, HR systems administration, compliance, and workforce planning.

What You Will Do

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting and administering personnel policies, procedures, and HR programs, leading and supporting employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations, and coordinating and administering HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations
• Experience handling employee relations matters, investigations, and policy administration
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and timekeeping systems
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
