Assistant Bar Manager (3 Taps)/Seasonal Employment

3 Taps is a casual outdoor lakeside bar where patrons can enjoy draft beer and cocktails by the fire while listening to live music. Food and soft drinks are available from The A Truck, a food truck operated by Chautauqua Hotel Company. The Assistant Bar Manager will assist with recruiting and training of culinary and foodservice team, oversee staff orientation and training, and track and manage food costs, inventory controls, scheduling, and labor costs to meet the operational budget.
