Workday Specialist - P&C will serve as a key contributor in the administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, collaborating closely with People & Culture to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering and configuring Workday HCM
- Advanced Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields
- Demonstrated understanding and configuration of HR business processes, standard reports, calculated fields and practices
