Job Description
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation Development (HPD) is seeking a Case Manager for the Division of Tenant and Owner Resources. The Case Manager will provide necessary services to assist and expedite Section 8 vouchers to HPD clients, manage a caseload of assisted or applicant households, and perform various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
- Excellent Communication Skills (both orally and in writing)
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Computer Proficiency
- Bilingual a Plus
- Section 8 or other Rental Subsidy experience a Plus
