Job Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction seeks Senior Project Managers to manage complex capital commitment projects from conception to completion. The selected candidates will oversee project staff, generate cost estimates, develop schedules, and resolve construction or design issues.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
- A baccalaureate degree in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, etc.
- One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising project management work
- Five years of experience in project management work for engineering and/or architectural and/or landscape architectural projects
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and five years of experience as described in '1' above
