Job Description
The Department of Social Services (DSS) is recruiting for a Supervising Special Officer-I to function as a Sergeant who will provide high-level security and safety for staff, customers, and visitors at an assigned HRA location. The role involves supervising Special Officers, conducting roll calls, inspecting posts, and responding to emergency situations.
Requirements
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a state's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization
- One year of fulltime satisfactory experience in the field of law enforcement, protection or security
- Certification as a Peace Officer
