
Job description
Help drive, win and expand new Microsoft Security services customers through their journey at SMC, Major Growth, Enterprise and across Microsoft's verticals. Collaborate and communicate with newly engaged clients to grow client accounts and provide customer success and satisfaction.
Lead the growth of business within new accounts, build relationships with prospective clients and Microsoft, create and manage sales pipeline, maintain consistent contact with existing clients, track varying metrics, and work closely with customers to understand their security posture and identify solution and service opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have experience in full sales cycle, working with Microsoft Managed and/or Professional Security Services, and understanding the Microsoft Security stack and enterprise licensing model. They will also have experience discussing prospective solutions with customers and working to deadlines to achieve sales targets.
