
Job description
The Lead Account Technology Strategist is responsible for strategic technical engagement with customers' business and IT decision-makers. They will develop a Cloud Software Group technology roadmap to achieve customers' business and IT goals, identify opportunities that increase value creation, and provide technical expertise that informs and impacts sales execution.
The Lead ATS will develop strategic plans, provide technical thought leadership, and orchestrate technical engagement and resources to ensure customer needs are met. They will also conduct product demonstrations, build complex proof of concept solutions, and manage customer concerns.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and innovation, a strong understanding of business processes, and excellent analytical and negotiation skills. They will be able to work independently with limited oversight, prioritize and manage diverse tasks, and possess excellent oral and written communications skills.
