
Job description
The Principal Account Technical Strategist is responsible for strategic technical engagement with customers' business and IT decision-makers. They will develop a technology roadmap to achieve customer's business and IT goals, identify opportunities that increase value creation, and provide technical expertise that informs and impacts sales execution.
Develop strategic partnerships, build trusted relationships with customers, and provide technical thought leadership. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and build complex proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations.
This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant revenue through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
