CNA is hiring a Senior Training and Development Specialist to deliver HR expertise in training and development, support employee relations, and create engaging learning programs that enhance employee competencies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and a minimum of 8 years of progressive training and HR experience.
Requirements
- Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver training sessions to improve workplace performance and align with the company’s core values.
- Build annual training program, develop training curriculum, instructional materials, aids, manuals and deliver the courses.
- Serve as the company’s training and development lead, advance innovative ideas and practical applications to advance the professional growth of our leaders, employees, and teams.
- Respond to employee relations matters including performance management and formal complaints such as discrimination and harassment.
- Develop collaborative relationships with managers and employees to identify points of conflict at the early stages so that proactive measures to de-escalate issues can be taken and/or an early resolution achieved.
