We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across our property portfolio, inspire high-performing teams, and shape the future of our sales organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of hospitality sales experience, or similar environment.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and/or event management with extensive sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and formulate strategic plans.
- Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to lead and influence managers and large teams, directly or indirectly, while placing a high priority on mentoring and developing others.
- Serves as a strategic partner to clients to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Ability to travel (including air or car, hotel overnight stays, and client entertainment.)
