The Director of Food & Nutrition Services will oversee day-to-day operations for a 140-bed healthcare dining account, manage a team of 25 associates and an Executive Chef, and ensure superior quality food is offered to customers. Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent relationships with customers, creating menus, overseeing P&L and budgeting, and rolling out new culinary programs.
