Job Description
The Director of Food & Nutrition Services will oversee day-to-day operations for a 140-bed healthcare dining account, manage a team of 25 associates and an Executive Chef, and ensure superior quality food is offered to customers. Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent relationships with customers, creating menus, overseeing P&L and budgeting, and rolling out new culinary programs.
Requirements
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or willingness to obtain it within 18 months of hire date
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience, preferably in healthcare, long term care, seniors
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
