As Director of Food & Nutrition Services, you will lead and oversee day-to-day dining operations for a healthcare account, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-focused foodservice. You will provide leadership to culinary and support teams while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage frontline associates to ensure exceptional patient, retail, and catering services
- Maintain strong partnerships with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and support departments
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and management team to develop menus that meet nutritional, regulatory, and patient satisfaction standards
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Oversee all financial aspects of the account, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Implement and manage new culinary and patient experience programs
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency and service outcomes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
