Requirements
- Lead day-to-day operations for a designated client location
- Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
- Manage all HR functions, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal partners
- Partner with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality food, menus, and catering programs
- Execute marketing and merchandising initiatives to drive engagement and participation
- Implement new culinary and operational programs in collaboration with corporate teams
- Ensure adherence to Company standards, food safety, and service expectations
