Requirements
- Welcome clients and their guests with genuine warmth
- Provide a prompt and courteous welcome to all guests upon their arrival
- Acting as way-finders and hospitality services resource for all guests
- Assist with lobby flow including employee and visitor cues to elevators
- Building and maintaining a relationship with employees and repeat guests
- Handle all in person, phone and email communications with professionalism
- Ensure that First Class Guest/Client service levels are maintained during peak & off-peak periods of the day
- Safeguard the well-being of our members and staff by diligently adhering to security, fire, health, and safety protocols
