Job Description
The HR Business Partner is a key member of the HR team, supporting operations to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business growth, retention, and sales success. Partnering with the leadership team, this role focuses on HR strategy development, employee relations, talent management, and execution of key people initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification or HR Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-site, multi-state environment
- Union experience preferred
- Strong background in employee relations and talent management
- Operations experience a plus
