As the Regional Director of Facilities, you will serve as the primary representative of clients across designated accounts in the region. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of critical functions sought at ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Lead all aspects of and optimize programs in Facilities Services Management, Financial Management, Human Resource, Sales, Contract Administration, and Client Customer Satisfaction
- Strategically plan and coordinate the implementation of programs and operational activities within regional accounts
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of existing programs at each unit
- Meet with Regional Vice President to provide detailed monthly progress reports on the region's performance
- Actively engage in surveys and sales efforts to secure new business opportunities
- Play a pivotal role in the selection of management and hourly personnel
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships
