Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join the team at Marcel, the new cultural destination from Roman and Williams in partnership with Sotheby’s, located in the iconic Breuer building on Madison Avenue.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge with an interest in pairing and luxury service
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, detail-driven environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a guest-first mindset
• Experience with financial accountability, including scheduling and purchasing
