SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time SOUS CHEF position. Location: Dominion Energy - 100 Scana Parkway, Cayce, South Carolina 29033. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Requirements

• Two to five years of prior culinary experience is required
• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
• Supervises hourly food service associates
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
