We are hiring immediately for full-time Sous Chef positions. The Sous Chef helps the Executive Chef prepare and cook foods, coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assumes responsibility for the kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements
- Food Service experience preferred
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Supervises hourly food service associates
- Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
