SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

We are hiring a full-time Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, coordinating activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assuming responsibility for the kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Requirements

• Prior sous chef experience is required
• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
• Supervises hourly food service associates
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
