The VIP Corporate Receptionist provides an elevated level of service to VIP visitors to create a unique and high positive impression. This role entails the escort of high-level visitors from the ground lobby to conference room/meeting space.
Requirements
- Proper entry and escort of high-profile VIP visitors
- Motivate and set the tone for staff by demonstrating a pleasant, engaging, customer-oriented attitude
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Provide the highest level of hospitality and service to VIP guests
- Verify visitor identity prior to arrival and create photo bios for the visitors
- Track and manage incoming VIP visitors
- Manage all activity in the internal visitor process
- Act as first point of contact for all activities and emergencies
- Serve as point person, taking ownership of any challenges that may arise within the conference center
- Handle meeting room bookings, utilizing the reservation system
- Answer global switchboard calls, direct calls, and manage message receipt and delivery
- Handle on-floor conference room activities
