
Job description
Work as a Direct Care Worker in a social service setting, providing care and support to children and adolescents. The role involves meeting regulatory guidelines, documenting incidents, and assisting with orientation and treatment plans. The position requires a high school diploma, fluency in English and Spanish, and 1 year of experience in the child welfare field.
Provide direct supervision, teach life skills, and assist with daily activities. Document incidents and progress, and maintain a secure campus environment. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
This role requires a strong ability to work with children and families, and to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have experience in the child welfare field and be fluent in English and Spanish.
