Role Overview

Work as a Direct Care Worker in a social service setting, providing care and support to children and adolescents. The role involves meeting regulatory guidelines, documenting incidents, and assisting with orientation and treatment plans. The position requires a high school diploma, fluency in English and Spanish, and 1 year of experience in the child welfare field.

What You Will Do

Provide direct supervision, teach life skills, and assist with daily activities. Document incidents and progress, and maintain a secure campus environment. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 1 year of experience in the child welfare field
• First aid, CPR, and Emergency behavior intervention certifications
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks
