Role Overview

Work as a Direct Care Worker in a social service setting, providing direct supervision and care to children and adolescents. The role involves meeting regulatory guidelines, documenting incidents, and assisting with orientation and treatment plans.

What You Will Do

Provide direct care to children and adolescents, including teaching life skills, managing behavior, and maintaining a secure campus environment. Assist with daily activities, homework, and household chores.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year employment experience in the child welfare field
• First aid, CPR, and Emergency behavior intervention certifications
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks
