Senior Customer Value Manager

comstruct is a young construction tech startup building the data layer for the construction industry. As a Senior Customer Value Manager, you will orchestrate strategic enterprise rollouts, drive value and ROI, and drive commercial expansion. You will work with our Munich office 3 days a week and have the opportunity to shape your own role/career.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multi-layered accounts
• Commercial mindset with ability to discuss pricing and defend value
• High agency and builder mindset with ability to drive behavioral change and high product adoption
• Native-level German language skills and fluency in English
• Experience in Construction Tech or Supply Chain SaaS
• Conceptual understanding of APIs/ERPs and similar
