Engineering & Maintenance Manager

The Engineering & Maintenance Manager will lead the development and execution of plant technical strategies across engineering, maintenance, and capital programs to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Engineering degree
• Seven years of related engineering and maintenance leadership experience
• Five years of experience in food manufacturing
• Prior training experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and advise cross-functional partners
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to rotate shifts and work weekends or holidays when required
• Demonstrated leadership competencies including integrity and trust, ethics and values, action orientation, conflict management, customer focus, decision quality, managing diversity, functional and technical expertise, managerial courage, priority setting, drive for results, talent assessment, team building, and vision leadership
