Job Description
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Plant Engineering Manager will develop and implement overall plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects, maintenance and stores improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5 + years' experience in Food Manufacturing.
- Leadership skills to work as a peer mentor and advisor to other departments.
- Ability to rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays when required
- Experience communicating with all levels at the plant and experience making presentations to all levels
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP applications.
