Job Description
Develop and implement plant technical strategies, lead capital projects, and oversee utilities to support production performance.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering
- Five years of experience in Food Manufacturing; three years of training experience preferred
- Experience in managing multiâmillionâdollar capital projects
- Project management experience
- Leadership skills to influence, guide, and partner across functions
- Willingness to rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with computer applications
