Lead the maintenance function for a Kent manufacturing facility, overseeing maintenance activities, optimizing performance, managing budgets, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support production, quality, and safety goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related technical field preferred
- Seven or more years of food plant maintenance experience may be considered in place of degree requirements
- Five or more years of experience in food plant maintenance
- Experience using CAD and Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of PLC and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment
- Prior experience using SAP in a production environment
- Experience with project management, budget oversight, and facilities administration
- Experience writing and updating processes and developing project schedules
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, trade standards, building codes, and regulations
