Collections Agent

Concord Servicing is seeking a Collections Agent to recover overdue loan payments, communicate with customers, and safeguard the company's financial assets. The ideal candidate should have collections experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of regulations.

Requirements

• Contact customers by telephone to determine the reason for delinquency and resolve accounts in full.
• Represent Concord in a professional manner.
• Locate customer contact information using various databases and systems.
• Document all interactions with customers and update applicable account information.
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
• At least two years of collections experience preferred
• Complete knowledge of relevant federal regulations and/or the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act preferred
