Revenue Operations Generalist role supporting the full go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Business Operations, or a similar role
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus but not required
- High level of accountability and low ego — focused on getting the work done, regardless of scope
- Comfortable operating at multiple levels — from high-level problem solving to detailed, execution-oriented work (e.g., data cleanup, QA, CRM updates)
- Willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities, including foundational operational work required to support the revenue organization
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting between projects quickly
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and execute in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and data hygiene practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Systems-oriented mindset, with an interest in how tools, process, and data interact across the revenue lifecycle
