Job Description
The Director of Campus Culture Change will lead complex consulting engagements with colleges and universities to transform their campus culture and climate. This role involves leading change initiatives, managing client relationships, and adapting approaches to ensure sustainable change. The Director will also contribute to thought leadership, evolving CDI's methodologies, and establishing CDI's voice in the broader field.
Requirements
- 6+ Years of Experience in Organizational Change Management
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Advanced Strategic Thinking
- Exceptional Communication and Facilitation Skills
- Leadership and Relationship-Building Abilities
- Tech Fluency
- Advanced Degree: MS, MBA, PhD or equivalent
