Job Description
Contentsquare is looking for a Customer Success Operations Lead to join their Revenue Operations team. The role will be a key pillar of the team, acting as a strategic Business Partner to global CS leadership, and driving continuous process improvement to protect and grow recurring revenue.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a dedicated CSM Operations role within a SaaS environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with a GTM business approach to data
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
