Cook

This position is a cook responsible for maintaining the kitchen operations, including food quality, service times, cleanliness, recipes, and food production. Responsibilities involve preparing food according to specifications, ensuring guest satisfaction, and complying with all kitchen policies. This is a full-service restaurant position.

• Cooperates with supervisors and policies
• Follows procedures for quality products
• Ensures food is prepared to restaurant standards
• Works on dish and fryer/grill positions
• Must lift up to 50#
• Customer service oriented
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work all shifts
