Coverflex is a compensation platform that is expanding into Germany. We are looking for a Founding Business Development Representative to help build our sales pipeline and revenue growth in the German market. The successful candidate will be one of the first BDRs in the market and will play a key role in our company's success. The role requires a self-driven, proactive mindset, strong verbal communication skills, and fluency in English and German. Experience in SMB outbound sales and knowledge of the benefits market are a plus.

- Exposure to tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs
- Strong CRM usage habits, with HubSpot experience as a plus
- Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese language skills
Benefits
- Base Salary: €35,000 – €42,000
- Bonus / Commissions: €15,000 – €18,000
