We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Management of Change (MoC) to lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across internal teams and partner ecosystems.
Requirements
- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and partner requirements
- Design and implement training programs and materials to support adoption of new processes and tools
- Create and manage communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle
- Identify, assess, and prepare for upcoming changes, building structured frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure smooth transitions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and partner-facing teams to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and define improvement areas
- Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and impact metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement, alignment, and ownership of change initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and organizational best practices in all change-related activities
