Project Manager (Management of Change)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Management of Change (MoC) to lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across internal teams and partner ecosystems.

Requirements

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and partner requirements
• Design and implement training programs and materials to support adoption of new processes and tools
• Create and manage communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and prepare for upcoming changes, building structured frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure smooth transitions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and partner-facing teams to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and define improvement areas
• Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and impact metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement, alignment, and ownership of change initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and organizational best practices in all change-related activities
