Job Description
Cresta is hiring a senior, hands-on GTM Automation Lead to build systems that power top-of-funnel motion. The role involves partnering closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Revenue Technology to turn signals, enrichment, and modern automation tools into measurable pipeline impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years in GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or similar
- Hands-on experience with sequencing tools (Gong Engage preferred)
- Proven ability to build automation that drives pipeline outcomes
- Strong Salesforce fluency (activation layer, not platform ownership)
- Comfort operating in modern GTM tooling + no/low-code environments
