Production Technician

Role Overview

Join our team at Corteva Agriscience in Reinbeck, Iowa, to help grow what's next in agriculture. As a Production Technician, you'll participate in harvest activities, perform general plant, field, and warehouse operations, and use automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks.

What You Will Do

Participate in harvest activities, perform general plant, field, and warehouse operations, accurately monitor highly automated equipment, and perform warehouse activities such as forklift operation and collecting samples.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or willingness to obtain GED within 12 months of hire
• Valid US Driver's License
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting
