Production Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team at our Renwick, Iowa production location. The role involves participating in harvest activities, performing general plant, field, and warehouse operations, and using automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks.

What You Will Do

Participate in harvest activities, perform general plant, field, and warehouse operations, accurately monitor highly automated equipment, and perform warehouse activities such as forklift operation and collecting samples.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid US Driver's License
• Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting
• Good computer aptitude, including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• High diligence, ability to multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Ability to work a rotating shift and overtime hours, including nights and weekends during seasonal peaks to support production demand
